Today we celebrated Roald Dahl’s 100th birthday. We had a go at solving Roald Dahl themed word problems and these were quite tricky! In English we were designing our tortoises because we have been reading Esio Trot. In the afternoon we had a very special visit from Adam in Year 5 who let us look after his pet tortoise ‘Hippo’. It is a leopard tortoise and he is two years old.
