This afternoon we had Judo with our Judo teacher, Mark. We wore our Judo kits and learnt how to tie our belts and we have to take them home to practise. We also learnt the Osotogari (Major Outer Sweeping Throw) and how to go straight into an arm pull. Here is a video of the Osotogari.
Thank goodness they were still smiling after that! Ive just asked her to show me the move but she said she’s not allowed to do judo without a judo teacher, judo mat and judo kit!
